We’ve had a report that over the past few nights, there have been some incidents of deer poaching in the area. Suspicious activities including lights in the area and the sounds of dogs have been reported early hours of the morning. Even more alarming, a deer carcass with various injuries has also been found. 🦌

It's important to note that deer are a protected species under the Deer Act 1991, and it's illegal to engage in activities such as hunting without permission from the landowner, removing carcasses without permission, or using prohibited methods like traps, snares, or poisoned bait.

If you witness any illegal poaching activities or have any information, please report it immediately via 101 / 999 (in an emergency) or through our online reporting system.
