On Wednesday 7th February at 14:40 hours PCSO Kevin Tudge and PCSO Karen Watson were on foot patrol on Church Street in Great Malvern when they sighted a prolific shoplifter in Iceland who made off from the area.

The PCSO's were able pursue the offender and liaise directly with Officers.

The male was caught and arrested within minutes on Clarence Road in Malvern.

The male was remanded in custody on suspicion of several thefts from shops.
