Suspicious Behaviour...

Dear Residents,

just to keep you all updated to say that we have recently received a couple of reports of Suspicious Behaviour in the Copthorne area of Shrewsbury …

Reports received describe person / persons entering peoples gardens and looking around properties and vehicles, these occurrences take place mainly during the hours of darkness.

Good deterrents to prevent break ins…

*Visible Alarm systems…who wants to enter a property when everyone is alerted to their presence..

*CCTV Cameras / Ring door bells…Can be used as evidence against Criminals…

*Locked doors & Windows…Who wants to make it easy for them…

*Decent lighting…Most occur at night so this is a good preventative…

*Gravel or stoned Driveways …Produces noise and they don't want to alert their presence to a homeowner..

*Thorny / Spiky plants in borders …Can cut skin or tear clothing with the possibility of leaving evidence behind..

Stay safe from your SNT Team…
