Dear Resident We are working hard to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) in Cleobury and Highley Following reports of Lurcher type dogs running loose and worrying and destroying livestock in Bewdley we have taken action, a community protection warning (CPW) has been issued to an individual in custody following an arrest. This warning orders them to comply and secure the boundaries of there property to keep livestock and the local community safe. If this is not adhered too within 28 days and more reports of dogs out control begin then arrest along with removal of the dogs and prosecution of the owner remains an option.
Anti-social behaviour covers a wide range of unacceptable activity that causes harm to an individual, to their community or to their environment. This could be an action by someone else that leaves you feeling alarmed, harassed or distressed. It also includes fear of crime or concern for public safety, public disorder or public nuisance. Examples of anti-social behaviour include:
