Dear Resident

A driver of a Grey BMW has been issued with a Section 59 Warning notice for driving his vehicle in an inconsiderate manner (Contrary to Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988) which has caused alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.

This section 59 warning will remain for a period of 12 months.  If the driver is seen driving this vehicle or any other vehicle in an Anti Social manner then the vehicle will be seized by officers or a Police Community Support Officer.
