Dear All,

South Wye SNT are looking into an incident at The Three Counties Hotel, Belmont Road, Hereford. This was following a report of a group of around 15 persons who had unlawfully gained access to the site and buildings through the perimeter fence. Upon police arriving, the group dispersed. South Wye SNT managed to detain 3 persons at the scene with the other outstanding.

We would like to reiterate that The Three Counties Hotel, is private property and should only be accessed by authorised persons. Due to the imminent renovation of the hotel and construction equipment onsite, there are also safety concerns with the building in a severe state of disrepair.

South Wye SNT will continue to investigate this report and are looking to identify further parties of the group.
