Friday 13th September 2024 saw officers from our patrol team here in Leominster, carrying out speed monitoring and speed enforcement at Kimbolton and Leysters,

Pc Walker reports as follows: 

There had been some concerns raised over speeding in and around the Leysters/Kimbolton area just a short distance away from Kimbolton School. Just to provide you with an update, this issue is being actively monitored and we have been in the area of Leysters today on 13/09/2024 conducting speed checks. The checks were conducted between approximately 08:50 – 09:30 hours, on a number of vehicles that had passed by within a 40mph speed limit. All the vehicles checked were abiding by the speed limit and there were no other concerns raised..
