Yesterday PCSO Rice & PCSO Ashley successfully located a male at Pershore Train Station who matched the description of an individual believed to be involved in a shop theft.
The male was in possession of numerous items believed to be stolen from the Co-Op on Racecourse Road in Pershore and was later arrested by response officers.
Following an interview, the male admitted to the theft and has been charged and bailed.
This is a great result for Pershore Safer Neighbourhood Team and Pershore Town.
If you find yourself witnessing a theft in progress, please report this on 999 immediately.
However, if you aren’t comfortable contacting police directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org. | ||||
