Speeding survey’s and high visible prevention completed in West Rhyn, Gobowen and Babbinswood this evening. Majority of motorists travelled within the speed limits with only a small number breaching limits at the sites visited. Speeding is now a priority set by the local parish councils in each of the areas of Oswestry Rural North.

These visits and future visits to other locations are gathering data for future speed enforcement campaigns with West Mercia Police focusing on the Fatal Four campaign at the end of the month and moving into October.
