Good evening,

I have been in the area recently regarding people reporting suspicious circumstances.

On the 14th and 18th September we received reports regarding a Black 4x4 Mitsubishi Shogun being in and around the area, unknown at the time as to whether it is a female or male driver but they do appear to be in hi-visibility clothing, florescent orange to be precise. All of the windows appeared to have a black tint on them including the window screen making it hard to clarify any form of description of the person. 

I am writing this message to make you all aware and to also ask if anyone else has seen this vehicle and felt as though it was suspicious, if you have anymore details (car registration) or CCTV where I would be able to see this vehicle that would be greatly appreciated, please contact the Safer Neighbourhood Team on mt.snt@westmercia.police.uk.
