Good arrest made this morning by PC CAMPAU from the Town Centre Team of a serial shoplifter has been committing thefts on a daily around the town centre including Tesco, Greggs and M&S to name a few.  He is also a main perpetrator of antisocial behaviour around the town.  The male is currently in custody and is being dealt with by officers.
