Hi Resident, 

We hope you all had excellent bonfire night celebrations! During the run up to Bonfire night, PC 22356 DOWNING paid a visit to some of your local stores and supermarkets selling fireworks and provided them with an information leaflet surrounding the dos/don'ts, our policing powers on searches should we suspect an individual to be misusing fireworks and ensuring mindfulness when setting them off as they can be frightening for animals. 

We expect firework celebrations to continue into the weekend so we ask you to continue using fireworks safely and to enjoy the celebrations of Bonfire Night!” 

If you witness antisocial behaviour, particularly involving the misuse of fireworks, please contact us on 101/999 as necessary.
