When out walking in Rural or poorly lit areas please remember to wear something bright, light coloured or reflective.

If possible, walk facing any oncoming traffic, so that you can see them approach and step out of the way if they don’t notice you.

Avoid wearing headphone as this may prevent you from hearing vehicles approach.
