Worrying Anti Social Tik Tok Trend

Parents please speak with your Children about not taking part in this worrying Tik Tok trend.

Malvern Police are aware of some local Children kicking front doors of properties and running away, which they film and put on social media platforms such as Tik Tok.
Although the Children doing this may think it is harmless fun, it causes the victims a great deal of distress and fear, due to them being elderly or vulnerable.
We have received reports in recent days in Malvern with one door being kicked so hard it has caused criminal damage to the door.
PCSO Becky Bullock and PCSO Kev Tudge have been liaising with Schools to help identify those responsible from CCTV images.
We understand that most Children are responsible young people and would not take part in such behaviour, however we urge all parents to advise their Children not to be part of the worrying trend and the implications of their actions should they do so.
This Anti Social behaviour is unacceptable and any Children found to be responsible will be dealt with accordingly
We are carrying out patrols, including plain clothed patrols of the targeted areas in order to help deal with any such behaviour.
