Whilst out in Wem, PC HARPER has stopped 2 vehicles for being used in an anti social manor. 

Each driver has been issued a section 59 Warning, which will last for 12 months. 

A section 59 Warning could lead to the drivers vehicles being seized if further ASB driving is seen by the police within the next 12 months.
