Good morning to all Malvern retail members,

After being arrested and charged for a number of shoplifting offences in the Malvern area, Aaron Haynes of Malvern was bailed from Worcester magistrates Court on 22/11/2024 to next appear in court on 20/01/2025.

He has the following bail conditions: 

1) Not to enter of go within the location of Church Street in Malvern for any reason.

2) Not to enter any retail premises other than Morrisons on roman Way and New Court Surgery Pharmacy for any reason.

These bail conditions have already been sent out on neighbourhood Matters a couple of weeks ago, but we wanted to reiterate the conditions following sightings of Aaron sat outside retail premises in great Malvern town this morning.
