Dear Resident, You are receiving this message as you are registered on the North Worcestershire heritage buildings group within this service.
We are investigating criminal damage to St Cassian's Church, Chaddesley Corbett and are appealing to local residents for information. The theft has taken place sometime between late evening on Sunday 15th and Monday 16th We believe that the thieves were after lead flashing, but after having it stolen some years ago the church had replaced it with an alternative product. However this has not stopped the thieves from stealing copper and causing a substantial and costly amount of damage in the process. Below are two images of the damage caused.
