CHARGED - Following his arrest on 10th December 2024 Mark Spragg, aged 43 was charged with 3 Thefts and 2 Breaches of Criminal Behaviour Order which had occurred at Boots & The card Factory at Malvern Retail Park in December 2024. 

Spragg appeared in Magistrates court on the 12th December where he was remanded in custody until the next hearing on 20th December 2024.
