Man arrested after commercial burglary in Bromsgrove


A man has been arrested following a commercial burglary in Bromsgrove last night (Wednesday 18 December).

We were called to reports of three males in masks shouting and loading a large object into a Mercedes Sprinter van at the Pets at Home store on Sherwood Road at around 10pm.

Officers attended and located a man driving a van matching the description nearby which had rear end damage.

They also found a safe on the side of the road in a trolley which has been recovered.

A man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of burglary, drug driving and driving while disqualified. He remains in custody.
