Dear resident,

At approximately 6pm on Thursday 12th September a dog walker and their dog were attacked by another dog being walked on the field at The Hill Centre, Milestone Road, Upton-upon-Severn.

The owner of the dog that did the attack is described as a white male with a “Brummy” accent, late 40's to early 50's and approx. 5'10 in height, short salt and pepper hair and clean shaven and carrying a ball and thrower, his dog is a possible Staffordshire Bull Terrier type mottled grey/brown in colour and wears an army green coloured harness.
