Operation Jetwing. 

Officers from Ross-On-Wye and Ledbury Safer Neighbourhood Teams have spent today conducting road safety checks and reassurance patrols, across Ledbury and surrounding villages. Drivers were reported for traffic offences including excess speed and driving with a number plate obscured. Several motorists were also advised. 

Officers have carried out foot patrol in high residential areas and furnished residents with crime prevention advice/equipment. Many residents have signed up to our Neighbourhood matters messaging system. 

Local residents in Ledbury have raised speeding as one of their main concerns, Ledbury town council have made it one of their community charter priorities.
