PC HARPER and PCSO MORRIS from Wem Safer Neighbourhood team have been patrolling in Shawbury today where a female was spotted driving whilst using her mobile phone. 

The vehicle was stopped on the A53 where the female has been reported for the offence at the road side.

The female will be receiving 6 points and a £200
