On Tuesday, 14th January 2025 the Evesham Town Centre Team, along with an Officer from Patrol, arrested a 44 year old male prolific shoplifter for 6 offences of theft from two stores in the Town Centre. He was charged with all 6 offences and remanded to Court. He attended Kidderminster Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday, 15th January 2025) where he pleaded guilty to all offences. He was ordered to pay compensation and costs, as well as being given a Community Order and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. He was further given a banning order for one of the shops he stole from.
