PCSO Rice and PCSO Doughty visited reception class at Whittington C of E Primary School this morning and explained our role to the pupils.  

This term their topic is ‘PEOPLE WHO HELP US’.  The school wants to teach the pupils real life knowledge about the police and other emergency services. 

The pupils had great fun trying on some of our police high visibility coats and hats, a look at the police car, with all the lights and sirens on.  We left the pupils with a selection of Top Dog cards to swap with each other and left them the task to colour in a choice of police dog, police officer, motorbike and police car to pick from.

The pupil with the best colouring in will be picked in due course and will receive a prize from us.
