Dear Resident,

It is now even easier to get in contact with your local Safer Neighbourhood Team, thanks to our upgraded Neighbourhood Matters community messaging service.

The new upgraded system will make it easier to contact safer neighbourhood officers and Police Community Support Officers through an email system and by providing mobile phone numbers to directly contact Safer Neighbourhood Teams whilst they are on duty. This is in line with the West Mercia Police local policing community charter, which sets how the force will engage and communicate with communities.
