We are investigating a series of incidents in which racist graffiti has been written using spray paint around Bridgnorth and we are appealing to local residents for information.

During January there have been two incidents, one in the area of Innage Lane and another under the by-pass bridge.  In both incidents the messages have caused alarm and distress.  Bridgnorth Town Council will be taking steps to remove or paint over the graffiti.

Local Officers have been conducting additional patrols around the areas that have been affected and will continue to do so.
