A man has been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place following an incident at the Jet Petrol Station in Sutton Hill on Monday (January 27). 

Michael Holmes, of Selkirk Drive in Sutton Hill, Telford appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday 30th January) where no plea was entered. 

The 29-year-old was released on bail is due to next appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Thursday 27th February.
