The majority of residents will have a wheelie bin, or multiple wheelie bins given the current requirements on recycling. In the news there has been talk of all households in England having four bins this year under new rules. We know wheelie bins and recycling collection boxes can be a pain to store, especially if you're short of space or live somewhere like a Victorian terraced street.

In addition to wheelie bin issues, residents are falling victim to parcel thieves, whereby a courier has left a parcel in a clearly marked designated box outside the address, or in a wheelie bin/recycling box and someone has then stolen it. If you are able, please invest in a parcel safe box that can be secured after the courier has placed the parcel inside. Video doorbells are also a great way to protect the front of your property so you can see if anyone has approached your address.
