Traffic operation

Dear Residents

Officers from the Lawley and Overdale Safer Neighbourhood Team, along with officers from other local teams, recently carried out a traffic operation in and around the Lawley area.

The operation led to the following results:

Four vehicles were seized due to being untaxed 

One stolen vehicle was recovered 

There were 23 speeding offences

Four people were found not to be wearing a seatbelt

There will be more of these operations taking place in the near future where all the Safer neighbourhood teams will be working together to target local issues.
