Unknown male has been targeting vehicles in the BELLE VUE area in SHREWSBURY.

He usually targets this area between the hours of 0200-0600. The male has been attempting to break into vehicles by trying the door handles and on one occasions has managed to get into a vehicle.

The male usually wears dark clothing with a white snood which he uses to cover his face. He also has a distinctive blue rucksack with illuminous yellow straps. The male travels round this area by a hardtail mountain bike, which has the brand challenge across the lower crossbar of the bike. He also wears a black and silver helmet.
