Dear Resident, 

This afternoon, at approximately 13:50, police received reports of an unknown male acting suspiciously in Ironbridge. The male was reported to be loitering on Church Hill, Ironbridge, looking through the windows of parked vehicles. PCSO's from the Cuckoo and Ironbridge Safer Neighbourhood team attended the location (and surrounding area) at the time of the report but were unable to locate the male. 

Having your car broken into and losing your things to thieves can be very distressing. There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property - where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended. We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle. If you ever feel at risk, or a crime is in progress, please always dial 999.
