๐Ÿ”’ Crime Prevention Advice ๐Ÿ”’

- Secure doors and windows: Ensure all external doors in your home and outbuildings have sturdy locks, and windows are closed and locked when youโ€™re not at home.

- Install lighting: Outdoor motion-sensor lighting can act as a deterrent.

- Keep valuables out of sight: Avoid leaving items such as jewellery, electronics and expensive tools visible from windows.

- Mark your property: Use a UV pen or other property marking systems to make stolen items easier to trace.

- Consider installing CCTV โ€“ A visible camera system can deter criminals and provide evidence if needed. Even a dummy camera can act as a deterrent.

- Be a good neighbour: Keep an eye on each otherโ€™s properties and report anything unusual.
