CHARGED | Two people from the Pershore area have been arrested and charged with multiple thefts and appeared in court on Friday 14 March.

Kathleen Chesworth, 40, and David Gubbins, 44, both of no fixed abode,  appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court.

Chesworth is charged with eight breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and eight charges of theft and Gubbins is charged with one charge of theft.

SENTENCED | 

Chesworth was convicted of six breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and eight counts of theft and Gubbins was convicted of one count of theft.

Chesworth was sentenced to 24 weeks in custody and ordered to pay £154 victim surcharge, and Gubbins was ordered to complete a non-residential drug rehabilitation course.
