Another working week flying by, a few updates for you…

On Friday 14th I attended Foley Park Youth Club. Very friendly group that looks like a great group to be part of! Unfortunately I have heard the waiting list is quite long, so any expecting mothers get your child name in quick.

It was a great example that not all youths cause ASB

During my conversations with some of the group, I was also told my hair is “DRIP” and “AURA”. From my knowledge of the “Cool” lingo, I’m taking that as a good thing. But I now feel old.

Myself and fellow SNT have supported our West Midlands Police neighbours, with a warrant in Kidderminster. Further to the warrant, whilst there, we have seized some illegal vapes. Preventing these vapes from getting onto the streets and causing harm.

On Wednesday 19th March I had a short amount I time free so patrolled BRINTONS PARK, weather was lovely, and spoke to a few people walking their dogs. I helped provide some support to one walker who had some concerns, making a house visit the following day.

Just for your awareness It was #ChildExploitationAwarenessDay on 18/03/2025, “just be aware” and #LookCloser are the tag lines they use. The Children’s Society can provide helpful information to anyone wanting to know more. Police are always around to try and protect children. With Oldington, Foley and Sutton Park SNT here to support you.

If you want to see me, I will be walking around the Rifle Range, Kidderminster at 10:00am on 26/03/2025. I will be talking about any issues with the housing team and other parties that join the walk.

I received a reply from my last message (nice to know people are still reading my messages) with concerns of speed and parking on GOLDTHORN ROAD, KIDDERMINSTER. So on Thursday 20th March 2025, you may have seen me, I conducted a speed check of vehicles passing through. The average speed was 25.9 mph.

We could see this is a busy road at times and spoke to some drivers about the parking. A few people spoke to us, some annoyed at first but pleasant and understood what we were doing after the chat. Drive safely as we may be on your road next.
