Whilst out on foot patrol around the Pickersleigh area of Malvern today, One of the neighbourhood officers discovered this moped that was parked on the road with no tax and an expired MOT. There had been no MOT or tax on the vehicle for a number of months. The driver had insured it though. Unfortunately, one out of three is not good enough.

The vehicle has been seized and the driver will be reported for the offences.
