On the 9/4/2025 Trading Standards presented the closure order to Hereford Magistrates court. From the information provided a closure order of 3 months was granted.

Following on from complaints from the public investigations led Trading Standards Officers, and West Mercia Police, to uncover the sale of illegal tobacco. The closure order is a significant step forward in protecting the community from harm associated with these products. We will not tolerate such practices in the Ross-on-wye area and will continue to take robust action to protect our community.
