Police Engagement this week

Police Community Support Officers Helen Scott and Malcolm Goddard were on duty on Friday the 11th, Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th of April until 10:00pm.  On each evening they took part in activity linked to Operation Whitebeam, targeting rural crime.

As part of the operation they checked locations where stolen vehicles and agricultural equipment has previously been dumped by offenders, checked addresses where suspects linked to rural crime live and patrolled the rural roads in the area.

Police checks were conducted on ten vehicles and based on the results of these a number of intelligence reports will be submitted. These will ensure that other Officers patrolling the area will be aware of the information obtained.

If you have information about about a crime or any suspicious activity that you think the Police should be aware of, please let us know using the online ‘Tell Us About’ form on our website www.westmercia.police.uk
