Dear Residents, 

To make you all aware, the Police has received a couple reports from residents station that 2 cars have been stolen. This happened on Yardley Close and Dinmore Close. 

We encourage people to be vigilant with their vehicle security and follow some of the below crime prevention measures to deter potential thieves:

- Ensure all windows and doors to you home are kept locked with keys removed and put in a place where they can be accesses in an emergency but cannot by reached by a potential offender.

- If not already installed consider replacing your home door locks with anti-snap locks or adding extra security locks to your doors.

- If your vehicle is a keyless entry one; consider placing them in a faraday bag. 

- Consider fitting extra security to your vehicle like a visible steering lock.

- When parking at night consider parking in well lit locations that may be covered by CCTV.
