๐Ÿ‘‰ Make The Right Call! Advice from your Safer Neighbourhood Team

Hello!

If you're ever unsure who to report an issue to, don't worry - weโ€™ve pulled together some helpful contacts and links to point you in the right direction.

Hereโ€™s a quick guide:

Not sure where to start?
Ask the Police is a useful website that covers a wide range of topics and can guide you to the right service for your issue.
๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.askthe.police.uk/

For local issues like parking, litter, graffiti, or landscaping problems:
Herefordshire Council has an easy-to-use online reporting system that can help with all sorts of community concerns.
๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/report-problem

Environmental concerns?
This includes things like noise complaints, pest control, animal welfare, and more. You can report these through Herefordshire Councilโ€™s Environmental Health team.
๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.gov.uk/report-environmental-incident

Abandoned vehicles:
These can be reported via the DVLA or through your local council. (Contact the Police if the vehicle is blocking the road.)
๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.gov.uk/report-abandoned-vehicle

๐Ÿšจ Emergencies:
Call 999 in an emergency; such as a crime in progress, a serious threat to life, or if someone is in immediate danger.
For anything that doesnโ€™t need an urgent response, report it online here:
๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.westmercia.police.uk/ro/report/ocr/af/how-to-report-a-crime/

You can also call 101 if you do not have access to a computer/internet.

Feel free to share this information with friends, family, and neighbours. Knowing where to go makes it easier for all of us to look out for our community.

Kind regards,

Rachael, Stef & Adam
