This vehicle was stopped in Tenbury Wells this morning after the driver was seen to be using a mobile phone whilst driving.

The Operation Policing Unit Officer conducted further checks on the vehicle and have found to have No MOT, No Tax, No Insurance, a bold tyre and other construction and use offences.

The driver also does not have a valid Driving License.

The car has been seized and the driver issued with Traffic Offence Report for all of the above offence.
