Dear resident,

There have been an increased number of reports regarding electric motorcycles riding around Kidderminster, specifically the Broadwaters area. 

There are two in particular- one motorbike is red and white, the other is plain black with yellow/gold disc brake shields in the middle of the wheels. This one also has a distinctive number plate mounting plate on the rear. We would like to identify the riders and locate these vehicles due to to the issues they have been causing around the area.
