Please be aware that there has been a burglary at a property on Fir Tree Close.  

To help protect your property ensure your windows are closed and locked.  Secure your garage and shed with locks.  If you are away have inside lights on a timer.  Ensure your doors are deadlocked, and consider anti-snap locks.   Have exterior lights on a sensor,  and any items that could be used to break in, i.e. bricks, rubble, garden equipment, ladders are put away.  

If you are away for a while or going on holiday let your neighbours know.  

If you see any suspicous activity please report 999 or if non urgent online via 101
