In the area of Laburnum Drive, Oswestry a male has been asking residence for cash for fuel for his vehicle. Oswestry Central Safer Neighbourhood Team would like to know if you have been approach by a male asking for money. Partial description is as follows; Male, early 30's, Beard, Short Back and Sides Hair and wearing a Black Jacket. He was seen getting into the drivers seat of a vehicle and has then proceeded to drive off. We do have a partial Registration Plate Number, but, we are asking for further details of the vehicle if seen.
