Theft from motor vehicle

We are appealing for information after sunglasses and a Tablet were stolen from a car in WIGSE AVENUE.

The theft occurred between 22:30 hours on 01/07/2025 and 07:30 hours on 02/07/2025 when the items were stolen from the vehicle whilst it was parked on the driveway.

A male described as wearing a balaclava and pushing a bike was seen in the area at 23:53 hours. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property - where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.

We are also encouraging the community to contact us if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
