Urban Games Shropshire Cricket

Dear Resident, 

Today I had the pleasure of taking part in cricket training on the Rocket park in Brookside. This session was lead by Sacha from Cricket Shropshire and is part of the Urban Games initiative. It was great to see the children having fun learning how to play cricket and joining in a game with them.

Urban Games is open to children under the age of 16 over the summer holidays - if you would like to see the programme of events please go on WWW.TELFORD.GOV.UK/URBANGAMES. Cricket will be on again at the rocket park Brookside Friday 15th August, hope to see you there!
