Speed Monitoring - Wenlock Road & London Road

Dear residents, 

On 11th & 12th August, officers from Monkmoor & Sutton Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT's) have been conducting speed monitoring checks on both London Road and Wenlock Road.

This is following community concerns raised by residents of the area stating that motorists exceed the 30mph limit. 

Officers who carried out the checks concluded that average speeds were 27mph on London Road and 25mph on Wenlock Road.
