Attempt to steal motor vehicle

We are appealing for information following an attempt to steal a motor vehicle in Lyndon Road, Rubery

The sophisticated attempt took place at 1.15am on Thursday 21st August.  Two males, dressed in black were seen to be using a laptop and scanner near a vehicle, but ran off when disturbed.  They made off in an awaiting car and headed off in the direction of Richmond Road
