WEEKLY PATROLS

PCSO Bex Ashley has been on lots of foot patrols this week, engaging with local residents and businesses in the area.  High visible patrols are key to keeping the community safe, we try to cover as many areas as we can ensuring those extra patrols for areas that have been raised as a concern.

Whilst being out and about today myself and PC Kozaczynski saw an off road bike being ridden with two people and the passenger having no helmet.  We managed to catch up with them explained the law and how they are only able to do so if they are on private land with landowners permission, whilst outlining the importance of wearing a helmet for their safety!.  If any further reports are made or they are caught again the bike will be seized.
