Cuffs, Coffee, and Community

This week I managed to do some Patrol in Brintons park before the rain came down, I hope everyone was ok. The heavy rain and winds caused issues on the road and with trees coming down it didn’t help at all.

I do always enjoy a walk around Brintons Park, it is a great place. I get to have a nice chat with people while I’m there, I’m very luck to have it on my patch. On 14/11/2025 I was invited to join the Friends of Brintons park meeting and it happened to be the AGM. Unfortunately a lot of people couldn’t make it due to the weather but it was interesting to find out about the plans for the park and to meet the volunteers.

On the 15/11/2025 was East 17 and the Lights switch on. A very busy evening for the town but everyone was in good spirits. It was really good to listen to St Peter’s community church sea shanty group who did a set on the main stage and later on the town hall stage. I even got a photo with the Grinch. I hope anyone that went had a good time.

On the morning of 17/11/2025 I attended the breakfast at St Peter’s community church for a surgery. I was able to have a chat with people about Cold/Dark mornings, protecting your vehicles and knife crime. Along with listening to peoples concerns. I even brought a friend along to help out.

Anyone out and about on the trains will have seen me on 18/11/2025 doing a knife crime operation at Kidderminster train station. We had knife arches at the entrances and were able to check people as they walked past. One arrest made, involving a person with a knife and another screw driver found in the area. Thank you to your patience if you were asked to walk back through the scanner, your support helps us to do our job and keep everyone safe.

Today I have been busy with a Warrant in Kidderminster. Two males arrested, Drugs, weapons and stolen items seized. Good job all round. The investigation continues…. 

A lot of hard work goes into gaining warrants so well done to SNT Kidderminster East & North.
