Joint warrant in Ledbury

🚔 Joint Agency Warrant Executed in Ledbury 🔍 

Yesterday, Safer Neighbourhood Team's from Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Golden Valley joined Trading Standards and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service to carry out a joint warrant at Ledbury Convenience Store on Ledbury High Street. 

⚠️ This operation follows multiple reports, including the shop being caught on three occasions selling illegal tobacco, as well as illegal vapes and alcohol to underage children. 

✅ During the warrant, a large quantity of illegal tobacco and a significant number of illegal vapes were seized. 

🚫 The premises has been served with a closure notice, and a court hearing for a full closure order will take place on Monday, 24th November. Our priority is to protect the community, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and tackle any illegal or unsafe practices.
